Hello, my name is Morgane Perret, I am 26 years old and I am from Vichy,
France. I went to the university in Knoxville, Tennessee (US) and got my
diploma in Tourism and Hospitality. Since getting my degree, I worked in
the tourism industry as a receptionist in a luxury 5-star Hotel and Spa.
Now, my sister and I, we own and manage three apartments that are seasonal
rentals in a thermal and touristic city, in collaboration with Airbnb and
Booking.com.
I started to learn how to code with the SheCodes online workshops, which
was a significant change in my life, and a great opportunity to challenge
myself. Each week, new lessons and exercises resulted in new projects that
came to life. It helped me to stay focused on one problem at a time and be
more effective in finding solutions. I am excited to learn more about this
new world of technologies and becoming a front-end developer.
